We are proud of the fact that more than 60% of our clients were referred to us from earlier clients, especially considering how infrequently people discuss their financial problems with others. In order to constantly improve the quality of our bankruptcy and debt settlement services, we invite each client to complete a client satisfaction survey at the completion of their case. We ask them to rank various aspects of our firm on a scale from one to five (five being best) and to provide additional comments regarding their experience with our Michigan bankruptcy firm. The composite score from all rankings received is 4.96\/5. Of course, we appreciate them letting us know immediately if they are ever dissatisfied or have suggestions for improvements so that we can actively improve their experience along the way, too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
